Rotate PDF
Rotate all pages or only selected ones by 90, 180 or 270 degrees, with a live preview. Saved locally in your browser.
Processed locally in your browser. Your files are not uploaded.
What this tool does
Rotate PDF fixes pages that were scanned sideways or upside down. Rotate the whole document in one click, or select individual pages and turn only those. Each thumbnail shows the new orientation immediately so you can check the result before saving.
The rotation is stored in the PDF page settings, so the page content is not re-rendered and quality is unchanged. If a page already had a rotation, the new one is added to it. The file is processed by a background worker in your browser and never leaves your device.
Use the rotate button under a page for a quick 90-degree turn, or select several pages and use the buttons above the grid to rotate them together. With nothing selected the buttons act on all pages.
How to use it
- 1Add your PDF and wait for the page previews to appear.
- 2Optionally select the pages to rotate. With no selection every page is rotated.
- 3Use Rotate left, Rotate right or 180° above the pages, or the small rotate button under any single page.
- 4Check the previews, then press Apply rotation.
- 5Download the rotated PDF.
Supported formats
Input: one PDF (.pdf), password-free. Output: one PDF with the same pages.
Privacy
This tool runs in your browser. The data you provide is processed on your device and is not sent to our servers.
Limitations
- Password-protected PDFs must be unlocked first.
- Only whole-page rotation in steps of 90 degrees is supported (no free-angle straightening of skewed scans).
- Thumbnails are low-resolution previews rendered by your browser; very complex pages may take a moment to appear.
FAQ
Does rotating reduce quality?
No. The page content is not re-rendered. Only the page's rotation setting changes.
Can I rotate just one page?
Yes. Use the rotate button under that page, or select it and use the buttons above the grid.
Will it work on pages that are already rotated?
Yes. Your rotation is added to the page's existing rotation.
Is my file uploaded?
No. It is processed locally in your browser.
