EVOA Toolbox runs its tools inside your web browser. When you convert, merge, compress, format or otherwise process a file or text with a tool, the processing happens on your device. These tools do not upload the file or text to our servers.

The site is free. There are no user accounts. This page lists exactly what data is handled and by whom.

A&B Network (에이 앤드 비 네트워크), a sole proprietorship run by Ruby Kim (김루비), business registration no. 630-24-01975, operates EVOA Toolbox and is responsible for the data described on this page. Contact: contact+toolbox@evoa.one (also on the Contact page). Privacy contact: rb, at the same address.

Files you add to a tool and text you type or paste are read by your browser and processed locally using web technologies such as Web Workers, the Canvas API and the Web Crypto API. They are not sent to us and we do not store them. Closing or reloading the page discards them.

Some tools can create downloads (for example a ZIP file or a PDF). These are generated in your browser and saved by your browser to your device.

If we ever add a feature that needs to send data to a server, the tool will say so explicitly next to the input area instead of using the local-processing notice.

We use your browser’s localStorage to remember your recently used tools, your language, your theme and your privacy choice. This stays on your device and is not sent to us. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings. We do not set cookies ourselves. If you allow analytics, Google Analytics also sets cookies; see Analytics below.

Analytics is optional and off unless enabled on the site. If it is enabled and you allow it, we use Google Analytics 4 to record usage events such as page views, which tool was opened and whether a download was started. Google Analytics uses cookies or similar identifiers to tell visits apart, so this data is pseudonymous, not anonymous. Events never contain file names or file or text contents. You can withdraw consent at any time through "Privacy choices" in the footer.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc.). Cloudflare may process technical request data such as IP address, user agent and requested URL for delivery, security and abuse prevention.

If you email us, we process your email address and message to answer you, and keep them as long as needed for that purpose and any follow-up.

Cloudflare, Google (if analytics is enabled) and other providers may process data in countries outside your own, including the United States, under their own terms and safeguards.

The site is a general-audience utility and is not directed to children under 13 (or under the higher age that applies in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

You can use all tools without an account or sign-up. Use your browser settings to clear stored data. Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR), you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, to object to or restrict processing, and to complain to your data protection authority. Contact us at contact+toolbox@evoa.one; we respond within a reasonable time. Data held by Cloudflare, Google and other third parties is subject to their own policies and controls.
